About Us

Noodle Joy is a cozy soy milk coffee and Asian snack shop in Providence, Rhode Island. We specialize in fresh soy milk, soy milk coffee, ramen, steamed dumplings, and simple comfort foods. Our goal is to provide warm, affordable, and delicious food in a friendly environment.

The Art of the Perfect Cup

What we're proudest of is the richness of soy milk in every cup. Each morning we grind fresh East Coast soy milk and fold it slowly into freshly pulled espresso, keeping the soft bean aroma while adding the depth of coffee. From the classic Hope Street Latte to seasonal osmanthus and orange, every cup is a careful balance of ratio and temperature—smooth on the sip, clean on the finish. It isn't just a drink; it's our way of doing something simple, exceptionally well.
